Fixing Reading Mode

In fixed reading mode, the machine keeps an original on the copyboard glass while the copier

moves the scanner to make copies.

1] The first original is picked up, and its leading edge is butted against the registration roller to

remove the skew. (For details of pickup operation, see D. "Original Pickup/ Separation" on
