It is very important to know how
much weight your vehicle can
carry.
This weight is called the Vehicle
Capacity Weight.
This figure includes the weight of
all occupants, cargo and all
nonfactory-installed options.
NOTICE
Your vehicle’s warranty does
not cover parts or components
that fail because of overloading.
CAUTION
The components of your
vehicle are designed to provide
satisfactory service if the vehicle
is not loaded in excess of the
Gross Vehicle Weight Rating.
Also, do not exceed the front or
rear Gross Axle Weight Ratings.
Overloading can result in loss of
vehicle control and personal
injury. It can also shorten the
service life of your vehicle.
Tire and Loading
Information Label
This label shows the proper size
and recommended inflation
pressures for your vehicle’s tires.
See "Tires" in Section 4 for more
information.
The label is typically affixed to your
vehicle at one of the following
locations:
• the rear pillar of the driver’s
door frame
• the rear edge of the driver’s
door
