The message will remain in the
Driver Information Center display
until conditions are back to
normal.
If the message does not turn off
when conditions are back to
normal, the vehicle must be driven
forward at a minimum speed of
40 km/h.
Otherwise, if the message is still
displayed, there may be a problem
with the system. The sensors may
need to be cleaned.
If, after cleaning the rear bumper
and sensors and driving forward at
a minimum speed of 40 km/h, the
message still appears, see your
dealer for service.

ELECTRIC POWER
MANAGEMENT
This system monitors the
temperature and charge status
of the vehicle’s battery and
automatically adjusts the voltage
to enhance performance and
extend battery life.
In vehicles that are equipped with
a voltmeter gage or voltage
display, you may see the reading
fluctuate. This is normal.
This system monitors the electrical
load of the vehicle's battery and
automatically increases the
idle speed of the engine to
compensate for heavy electrical
load conditions.
