Clean the interior of the tank.
To do so, completely drain the tank.

Check the gear wheel pump for hot melt material discharge.

2.4 Every 3 months

Check the filter cartridge in the gear wheel pump for contamination.
Replace the filter cartridge as necessary.
To do so, release the system pressure.

2.5 Every 3 years

Replace the back-up battery of the real-time clock in the control unit
(see Part 2 (basic unit), Chap. 8.3).

Replace the transmitter battery in the applicator
(see Part 4 (Applicators), Chap. 7.3).
