Press the button
INCREMENT
or
DECREMENT
to set calibration gas level.

For fine adjustment press one of the buttons
short.
u
For accelerated adjustment press one of the
buttons constantly.
u
Do not press both buttons together.
ð
When the display reads 20.9%, the calibration
is completed.
ð
If a calibration of at least 20.5% can not be
reached replace the sensor. See Chapter 7.7
"Changing the oxygen sensor", page 27.

Disconnect the communication cable, see
Chapter 3.2.1 "Front view", page 10.
u
Disconnect the sensor cable.
Precondition:

The O-ring stays in its position.
u
Install the oxygen sensor.
ð
Screwing force was chosen that sensor is
clearly fixed, but not excessively hard.

Fit the cable plug on the sensor.
u
Connect the sensor cable by rotating the
securing ring of the cable plug.

Reconnect the communication cable, see
Chapter 3.2.1 "Front view", page 10.
u
Install the grounding cable.
