Troubleshooting and Maintenance

SMART 200 MTC

Ordinary Maintenance

The

SMART 200 MTC

system does not require special maintenance

interventions. Although it is important to periodically clean the sensors and the
terminal according to the environment conditions in which the system operates.

The IS3W.. sensors are equipped with an automatic compensation function, which
allows the detection features to remain unaffected even when some traces of dirt
are present.

However, it is suggested to clean the sensors periodically.

For maintenance operations on printer device, i.e. paper roll replacement, please
refer to the operating manual supplied with the printer itself.

For cleaning purposes, do not use solvent, but rather a soft cloth
dampened with neutral detergent or alcohol.

Repairs

Any repair intervention on the SMART 200 MTC terminal must be
executed by specialized personnel from BTSR.
Any intervention attempt by non authorized personnel, voids the
warranty terms.
