Operation sequences for cme modules CCST

Before executing any operation for putting into service or for module access it is necessary

to respect the current safety standards for electrical work.

WARNING: in this kind of modules all the panels are removable by a dedicated tool; make sure

to cut off power where it’s necessary to access and respect the operation sequences written on

the module.

PUTTING INTO SERVICE

1. Make sure that the panel X has been screwed (Fig. 48)

2. Unlock the keylock “earthing switch closed” C (in case it is present)

3. Insert the operating handle in A and turn it clockwise.

4. Use keylock B to lock the earthing switch in open position and remove the key.

5. Feed the module

PUTTING OUT OF SERVICE

1. Ensure that the module is voltage free

2. Before closing the earthing switch, unlock the switch from the open position with key B.

The key B has to be insertable only after the module is voltage free.

3. Put the operating handle in A and turn it anti-clockwise.

4. The key C is insertable: this key ensures that the earthing switch is closed.

5. After putting the switch in earth position it is possible to unscrew the panel X in order to access

the cables.
