Keylocks

Keylock in open position

Circuit-breaker can be equipped with a key which is removable in open position. Open the Circuit-

breaker, turn the key anti-clockwise and remove it to prevent the circuit-breaker closing operation.

See Fig. 62.

Keylock in closed position

It is possible to equip the CB with a double keylock. The key “B” prevents the removal of key “A” and

it is impossible to remove it when key “A” is not inserted.

The operation sequence is the following: insert the key “B” and turn it clockwise; closing of the

circuit-breaker; turn the key “A” anti-clockwise and remove it. Now the circuit-breaker is locked in

closed position and the key “B” can not be removed.

Therefore by inserting the key “A” and by turning it clockwise it will be possible to open the CB,

turn the key “B” and remove it. See Fig. 63.
