Button Description Hints
Start/Stop stage program measurement The selected stage program will be executed.
For quantification the selected method will be
used for every position. Measurement
conditions, measurement times and
repetitions have to be defined during stage
program setup (see section 5.6).
5.5.1 Measurement Methods
Clicking the button gives access to all existing measurement methods (

Fig. 43) and the pre-examination option (
Pre-examination
tab, Fig. 44).

1. Measurement methods have to be defined in the XData program. From the list of existing
methods one can be highlighted and selected either by double-click or using the
button.
2. By highlighting a method and one line of the
Quick selection
list (associated with hotkeys
F5…F10) selected methods can be added to or removed from the
Quick selection
list.
3. The displayed method types can be filtered.
4. Additionally, parameters for
Cyclic measurements
at a certain position and for
Modified
measurement
time
can be set.
