NOTE:

Using long nose pliers to hold the cable, push the
end of cable out of its location.

THROTTLE CABLE ADJU

TMENT

Adjust throttle cable as per following procedure:

Loosen throttle cable housing adjusting and lock-
ing nuts.

Connect throttle cable barrel to carburetor ca

lever

hile holding throttle lever to wide open throttle

position, pull on the throttle cable until

echanis

touches the stopper. In this position, turn cable
housing adjusting nut and tighten lock nut.

Also ensure that, when throttle is released to idle
position, the idle adjusting screw end touches its
stopper.
