Troubleshooting

Put the maintenance solution pouch in its correct position. 
<CAUTION> 

 

Avoid touching the portion (a) of cartridge. Otherwise, you may cut your hand.

Close the lid, and put the maintenance solution cartridge in position inside the printer. 

(9) 

Repeat the same process to replace the other white ink cartridge with the maintenance solution pouch. 

(10) 

On the operation panel, press 

. 

Then, the white head cleaning will be performed. 

<TIPS> 

 

White head cleaning will take approximately 25 minutes. Perform the "Install White Ink After Cleaning" operation by 
following the on-screen instructions. 

Place the pouch in a straight alignment with the cartridge
