Error Messages During Firmware Update

If an error occurs during the update, one of the following error codes is shown
in the display:

NOTE:

If an error occurs with a firmware update, the old firmware
version is no longer usable. Restart programming.

Adjust Screen Brightness

Error

Meaning

Checksum error.
/b may have been forgotten in the COPY command or the file is
defective.

Header error.
/b may have been forgotten in the COPY command or the file is
defective.

EPROM could not be cleared.

Programming voltage is too low.

Programming error.

Brightn.

LCD

Adjust the LCD display brightness (1 to 10).

Contrast

LCD

Adjust the LCD display contrast (4 to 8).
