Installation for Eyewash
NOTE: Close water supply lines BEFORE connecting the hose assembly.
Step 1: Mount hose
1.
Connect the pipe nipple and the pipe tee to the eyewash valve as shown in Figure 1.
• Apply pipe sealant (supplied by installer) to all pipe joints.
• Use strap wrench around yellow pipes to prevent marring.
2. Mount the hose clip to the wall (fastener supplied by installer).
Step 2: Connect water supply
1. Connect 1/2" IPS water supply piping to the pipe tee.
2. Open the water supply line and check for leaks and adequate water flow.
