Installation for Combination Unit
NOTE: Close water supply lines BEFORE
adding hose assembly.
Step 1: Connect hose and water supply
1. Remove the 3-1/8" pipe connected to the
eyewash valve.
2. Connect one pipe nipple, the pipe tee, and
the other pipe nipple (in that order) between
the eyewash valve and the union as shown in
Figure 2.
• Apply pipe sealant (supplied by installer)
to all pipe joints.
• Use strap wrench around pipes to prevent
pipe marring.
3. Mount the hose clip to the vertical piping
using the hardware provided (see Figure 2).
4. Open the water supply line and check for
leaks and adequate water flow.
