6. Tilt unit carefully onto the left side.
Do not move the machine without aid. Injury to you or damage to the
machine can occur. The Treadles and Walking Belts can abruptly move. To
avoid possible serious injury, keep hands away from the inside of the
Treadles and the edges of the Walking Belts.
7. Remove the lower Cylinder mounting bolt and disconnect the Cylinder. Leave it
attached at the top.
8. Remove the 5 indicated screws using a #2 Phillips screwdriver from the right
Side Cover.
9. Remove the right Side Cover.
10. Record the location of where each wire connects to the Control Board. You will have to
reattach each wire to the new Control Board.
11. Disconnect the Motor Power Wires noting their location.
12. Disconnect the Tach Cable (or Step Sensor Cable) and Fan Power Wires (if present)
noting their location.
13. Disconnect the AC Power Wires noting their location.
14. Disconnect the Tach Cable from the Motor Control Board.
15. Carefully remove the two indicated screws from the Motor Control Board.
