Assembling the Hitch
1.
Place the hitch drop arms in the hitch receiver
assemblies.
Note:
Ensure that the bottom edges of the hitch
drop arms and the hitch receiver assemblies are
flush.

2.
Place the mid brace assembly in between the
hitch receiver assemblies.

3.
Loosely secure the mid brace assembly, hitch
drop arms, to the hitch receivers using 8 bolts
(5/8 x 3 inches) and 8 nuts (5/8 inch).

4.
Place the hitch rail assemblies inside the hitch
drop arms.

5.
Place the cross brace assembly inside the hitch
rail assemblies and drop arm assemblies.

6.
Loosely secure the cross brace assembly and
hitch rail assemblies to the drop arm assemblies
using 10 bolts (5/8 x 2-1/2 inches), 20 washers,
and 10 nuts (5/8 inch).
