gas control in the “setpoints” menu (chap. 6.8) in order to avoid tolerance range and pressure
alarms.
Chamber with active humidification: When operating the chamber without water supply, turn
off humidity control in the “setpoints” menu (chap. 6.8) in order to avoid humidity alarms..
