AS-Interface parameter bits 1 and 2: Switching on/off of channels 2 - 4

With the help of these parameter bits the channels 2 - 4 can be switched on or off
each.

AS-Interface parameter bit 3: Display of a peripheral fault

By means of this bit, it is possible to adjust whether an adjacent peripheral fault is
notified by the flashing "FAULT"-LED of the module and the peripheral fault is
transmitted to the AS-Interface master.
