Corresponding channel 3 is atteched via terminal 9 (24 V) and 10 (I3 Sig.+) as well
as 11 (0 V ext. and 12 (I3 Sig.-).
Corresponding channel 4 is atteched via terminal 16 (24 V) and 15 (I4 Sig.+) as
well as 17 (0 V ext. and 13 (I4 Sig.-).
Connection of a 4-wire-sensor to the analog input module in IP20 with 4
channels:
A 4-wire-sensor is attached as shown to terminal 1 (24 V), 2 (I1 Sig.+), 3 (0 V ext.)
and 4 (I1 Sig.-) of channel 1.
Corresponding channel 2 is atteched via terminal 5 (24 V) and 6 (I2 Sig.+) as well
as 7 (0 V ext. and 8 (I2 Sig.-).
By the analog input modules with 4 current inputs in the delivery state are provided
between the terminal 1 and 2 a resitor and between the terminals 5 + 6, 9 + 10 and
16 + 15 each a bridge, that by the first commissioning of the module with only one
connected sensor (at input channel 1) no error message is displayed from the
module (for the input channels 2 - 4)
For use of a sensor at channel 2, 3 or 4 the resitor and if necessary the bridge-
shave to be removed.
