11 TROUBLESHOOTING
SYMPTOM
POSSIBLE CAUSE
POSSIBLE SOLUTION
The status indicator shows
the
icon.
The battery is not installed in
the equipment.
• Insert a battery with sufficient
charge in the equipment.
The status indicator shows
the
icon.
The equipment has a battery
installed but the battery is low.
• Insert a battery with sufficient
charge.
The
icon appears at the
top of the screen.
There is an error in the internal
memory of the equipment and
the interventions cannot be
recorded.
• Contact the Authorised
Technical Service
The
icon appears flashing
at the top of the screen.
This warns the user that it is
advisable to delete the entire
internal memory of the
equipment.
• Delete the episodes using the
corresponding option in the
Configuration mode.
One or more equipment buttons
do not work
Possible fault in the equipment
keypad
• Run the User Interface Test to
verify that all the buttons are
detected; if not, contact the
Authorised Technical Service.
The operating mode of the
equipment does not correspond
to the button that was pressed.
• Make sure that the button
pressed corresponds to the
selected operating mode.
The date and/or time on the
screen is incorrect
The date and/or time are not set
up correctly.
• Access the configuration
options and set up the correct
date and time.
The message: “
BATTERY
EMPTY
” appears on the screen.
The battery is about to run out
• Switch off the REANIBEX 300,
remove the battery and connect
a battery with enough charge for
the intervention.
The screen displays the
message: “
SWITCH OFF THE
EQUIPMENT
”
The battery is about to run out
• Switch off the equipment and
replace the battery with another
battery with enough charge.
The sound is too low or there is
no sound.
The alarm volume is set too low
or deactivated.
• Press the MENU button
and then select the softkey
to adjust volume for
messages and/or alarms.
One or more equipment controls
do not work
Fault in the user interface
• Access the Configuration mode
and carry out a User Interface
Test.
• If the error persists, contact the
Authorised Technical Service.
