10 STATION CLOSE
Functional behavior of the transport unit (puller and roller)
00 = the transport unit aleays stays in its lower position
0199 = the transport unit lowers after the distance that is set here
NOTE - Pneumatic stop
Optionally, the machine can be equipped with a pneumatic stop.
With this option, a pocket pouch can be inserted between trousers pa-
nel and lining and serged. In this case, the seam section to the end of
the pouch is sewn manually, the remaining section of the seam is sewn
fully automatically.
The section that is sewn manually is determined by parameter 10 of the
sewing function STATION CLOSE. At the end of this section, the trans-
port unit is lowered, the pneumatic stop moves to the pressure foot, and
the contour guide controls the seam.
.
Sewing speed at waist curve
The settings determine the puller speed for the sewing of the waist cur-
ve. Depending on the waist curvature, a puller speed that has been ad-
apted accordingly can be set.
20 SLOW BY WAIST CURVE
Major parameter / basic setting for puller speed
21 TILL SPEED SLOW
Distance along which sewing is performed at normal puller speed
before speed is reduced in the waist curve area (point of reference:
photocell 15)
22 DURATION OF SLOW SPEED
Distance along which the waist curve sewing speed is reduced
23 PULLER AFTER SLOW SPEED
Remaining distance along which the puller speed is increased to
normal level
35 TIL BLOWING AT END
Length of distance after photocell 15 before waistband is blown off
36 DURATION BLOWING AT END
Duartion of the blowing process
11 TILL ARM SWINGS
Transport distance after photocell 13 before the arm swings out
