When the high-speed setting has been selected for the 32R or 67 functions, the respective blocking function

should not be enabled

f 51V blocking is enabled when a blown VT fuse condition is detected, the M-0420

disables 51VC (if VC is enabled) or disables VR of 51VR (keeping the tap setting at the value established for the

rated voltage input).

If 51V is controlled by the directional element of 67, 51V will be blocked when 67 is blocked.
