► Insert all screws 1 with threadlocker into the remaining straight
guide rails 2 and screw tight
► Observe tightening torques:
Components Tightening torque [Nm]
Screws, M4 x 40 4
Small washer with power supply modules
Beckhoff recommends using a smaller washer at the cut-outs for
the cables in the machine bed. That way you can avoid damage to
the cables.

► Insert all screws with washers 1 and 2 into the remaining straight
modules on the machine bed and screw tight
► Use smaller washer 3 for the screw at the cut-out for the cables
in the machine bed
► Observe tightening torques:

► Link all guide rails at the connectors 1

► Connect the connectors of the guide rails 1 with screw 5, nut 2
and washers 3 and 4 and screw tight
► Observe tightening torques:
Components Tightening torque [Nm]
Screws, M3 x 30
Nuts, M3

► Repeat on all remaining connectors between guide rails
