The default heat source is the heat pump.
●
If the ambient temperature falls outside the heat pump's operating
range, the heat pump shuts down. The appliance automatically activates
the electric resistor and lights up the
LA
icon on the display.
●
If the ambient temperature then rises to 5°C, the electric
resistor shuts down and the appliance automatically switches back to
the heat pump. The
LA
icon switches off.
●
If the water set point temperature is higher than the maximum heat
pump temperature, the appliance gives priority to the heat pump until it
reaches the set point temperature.
Note
●
If the system continually switches itself to heat pump
protection mode, the last error code and the indicator light are
displayed and the heat pump then shuts down. The appliance
then switches automatically to electric water heater mode as
the auxiliary mode, but the code and the indicator light are still
displayed until switched off.

DELETING THE ERROR CODE
Press the
TIME ON
and
CANCEL
buttons simultaneously to delete all
error and memory protection codes. After these 2 buttons are pressed
simultaneously, the audible signal sounds once.
CONSULTATION MODE
Press the
CLOCK
and
CANCEL
buttons simultaneously for one second
to go into consultation mode.
In this mode, the appliance's operating settings and parameters can be
consulted by successively pressing the arrow buttons.
Press the
CANCEL
button for one second or do not press any buttons for
30 seconds to exit consultation mode.
DHW HYSTERESIS
Press the 2 arrow buttons simultaneously. The setting range is 3-20°C,
the default value is 6°C.
7.3.6 Defrosting when heating water
When the heat pump is running, if the evaporator is frozen owing to
a lower ambient temperature, the system defrosts automatically to
maintain efficient performance (approx. 5~15 min). During defrosting, the
compressor shuts down but the fan motor continues to run.
