7 Commissioning
7.1 General
Commissioning of the water heater must be done:
●
When it is used for the first time;
●
After a prolonged period of shut-down;
●
After any event that may require complete reinstallation.
Note
Commissioning of the water heater allows the user to review the
various settings and checks to be made to start up the water
heater in complete safety.
7.2 Check-list before commissioning
●
Check that the thermodynamic water heater is full of water.
●
Check the tightness of the connections.
●
Check that the safety devices are working correctly.
●
Check the operating mode.
7.2.1 Commissioning check-list
General checks:
●
Tightness of connections
●
Check whether there is any water in the end of the flow pipe on the
safety valve. If any leaks are detected, replace the safety valve.
Electrical checks:
●
Presence of the recommended circuit breaker (curve
D
)
●
Correctly tightened terminal blocks
●
Separation of the power and low voltage cables
●
Mounting and positioning of the sensor
7.3 Commissioning procedure
7.3.1 First time commissioning
Caution
Only a qualified professional may carry out first
time commissioning.

Factory settings of the parameters:
●
Mode: Economic
●
DHW set point: 60°C
●
DHW hysteresis: 6°C
●
Anti-legionella: Not activated (see paragraph 7.3.2)
■
Automatic button lock
When the buttons are not used for 1 minute, they are locked.
Press
CANCEL
for 3 seconds to unlock them.
■
Automatic screen lock
When the buttons are not used for 30 seconds, the screen backlighting is
switched off.
Press any button to turn it back on.
