●
Only qualified professionals may carry out electrical
connections and always with the power off.
●
To ensure the conformity of electrical installation, the
appliance must be powered by a circuit comprising an
omnipolar switch with a gap distance of more than 3 mm.
The circuit must be protected by fuses or circuit breakers
calibrated according to the output of the water heater.
●
The equipment must be connected in accordance with
European standards and, in all cases, connections must
comply with prevailing national standards. The circuit must be
protected by a 30-mA differential circuit breaker.
●
The electrical connection of the appliance is made with an
appropriate rigid cable with a correctly sized cross-section that
comprises a green / yellow earth conductor. Please refer to
prevailing national regulations on electrical installations. The
minimum will be 3 x 2.5 mm² in single phase for an output up
to 3000 W.
●
The appliance must be connected to an alternating current
network. Earth the appliance before making any electrical
connections. Earthing of metal parts is essential, which is
done via the earth terminal.
●
The water heater can be protected by calibrated fuses that
match the power rating shown on the data plate.
Make the electrical connections of the appliance according to:
●
The requirements of the prevailing standards;
●
The instructions on the wiring diagrams provided with the appliance;
●
The recommendations in these instructions.
Earthing must comply with the NFC 15-100 standard.
The electricity supply comes via the connection cable already wired into
the distribution board (~230 V, 50 Hz).
