7.3.3 Selecting the various modes
- ECONOMIC MODE:
In this mode, the appliance can only heat water with the heat pump.
The ambient temperature range suited to this mode is 5°C~43°C.
- HYBRID MODE:
In this mode, the appliance can heat water with the heat pump, the
electric resistor or both systems simultaneously.
The ambient temperature range suited to this mode is 5°C~43°C.
If the ambient temperature falls below 5°C, the electric resistor takes over.
If the ambient temperature is between 5°C and 10°C, the electric resistor
and the heat pump can operate in tandem.
If the ambient temperature is higher than 10°C and the water temperature
lower than 65°C, only the heat pump will be active.
The electric resistor is active if the water temperature is higher than 65°C.
- ELECTRIC WATER HEATER MODE:
In this mode, the appliance can only heat water with the electric resistor.
The ambient temperature range suited to this mode is 5°C~43°C.
