1.3.2 Dangers when handling this appliance
This “Single Power Unit“ appliance has been developed and produced according to the
state-of-the-art technics also keeping the respective guidelines and standards. Still the
handling of the appliance can hold dangers. An overview of possible dangers you will find
in chapter
Z Fundamental security information – from page 11.
When there is a hazard you will always find a detailed security information at the respec-
tive location.
1.3.3 Guarantee and liability
The “Terms of sale and delivery“ of Baumüller Nürnberg Electronic GmbH & Co. are ap-
plied generally. These are available to you at the latest since the contract was assured.
Claims of guarantee or liability towards Baumüller Nürnberg Electronic GmbH & Co. are
rejected if one or more of the reasons listed below has/have been the cause of the dam-
age/s:
m you have disregarded the information given in this manual
m you have used this appliance within a non-appropriate application
n this appliance you have
m unskillfully mounted
m unskillfully connected
m unskillfully commissioned
m unskillfully operated
m unskillfully or not maintained
m let be mounted, connected, commissioned, operated and/or maintained by not or
not adequate qualified personnel
m overloaded
n operated it with
m defective security devices
m not properly mounted or without security devices
m not efficient safety- and protection devices
m environmental conditions being not within the specified values
m you have reconstructed this appliance without written permission of Baumüller Nürn-
berg Electronic GmbH & Co. KG.
m you have disregarded instructions concerning maintenance in the component manuals
m you have failed to monitor parts of wear and tear properly

All persons, who work at or with this appliance, must have knowledge of and observe all haz-
ard and security information given in this manual.
Furthermore all persons who work with this appliance must in addition know and observe all
