CAUTION!
If the device remains unused for longer periods of time or is damaged, close
the main gas valve located outside the device.
The device should be inspected by a specialist every 6 months.
5.2.3 Electric multifunction oven
Before turning the oven on, ensure only the required equipment for a particular
cooking/baking process is located inside (generally the grill-shelf is sufficient to place
cookware with food products on).
Before first use, clean it in accordance with the instructions given in
6 "Cleaning and
maintenance"
.
Before first use, heat the empty oven at the highest temperature for 45 minutes to
remove all greases and other leftovers from the production process that occur in
new devices. Ventilate the space in which the device is used.
Pre-heat the device for at least 15 minutes before placing food products inside.
For best cooking/baking results, ensure each food product is prepared with the
