DANGER! Risk of electric shock!
Never clean the base of the appliance with running water. The water may
flow into the appliance which may result in electric shock.

Clean the cover, lid of the teapot with the strainer with warm water and mild cleaning
agent. Rinse with clean water. Dry the cleaned parts completely.
NOTE!
Cover, lid, teapot with the lid and strainer are dishwasher safe!

Always use a soft cloth, never use any abrasive sponge that may scratch the
surfaces.
o
After cleaning, dry and polish the surfaces with a dry cloth.
Descaling
CAUTION!
Failing to descale the Samovar according to the instruction manual may
result in your complaint being refused.
Such complaints are not covered by the warranty!
NOTE!
Use filtered water to avoid scale deposits!
Using hard water may result in scale deposit formation. The scale deposits make
heating time longer and may cause damage to the appliance.
o
Descale the water container, depending on frequency you use it and quality of
water, every 1 – 2 weeks.
o
Fill the water container with cold water, add vinegar or commonly used descaling
product and bring the solution to boil.
o
Draw part of the solution through the tap to descale it.
o
Repeat bringing the solution to boil 1 – 2 times.
o
Allow some time for the appliance to cool down.
