Attach the bed knife base COMP
temporarily to the machine with the cutter
pins and lock nuts on both sides.
Note:
At this point of time, screw the lock nut up
to the head side of the cutter pin so that the
lock nut cannot contact the cam bush.

Important
Install the bed knife base arm Assy so that it
may be parallel to the frame.
Take care not to twist arms while tightening.
Insert the bed knife base arm Assy to the
bed knife base COMP.
Attach the bad knife base arm temporarily
with the bolt of the fulcrum seat.

Tighten the bolt fastening the bed knife
base arm Assy and fix it securely.

Important
Do not tighten the lock nuts on both sides.
Tighten the cutter pins on both sides which
have temporarily fastened the bed knife
base COMP.
Remove the fulcrum seat bolts which have
temporarily fastened the bed knife base
arms .
Note:
Due to the weight of the bed knife base
arm, the bed knife touches the reel cutter
slightly.
Align the punch mark of the cam bush on
both sides to the mowing direction.
