Settings
What can be done ?
Correct image settings are important for a good image reproduction.
The image settings are made through a dialogbox with a scrollbar. Minimal, maximal and actual values are indicated.
These settings can also be done directly via the RCU's dedicated buttons (see chapter "Getting started" ) except for the sharpness.
Contrast
A correct setting for the contrast is important for a good image reproduction since it is a relation between dark (black level) and
bright(white level) parts of the image, it is hence an important factor for detail.
How to change the contrast ?
To change the contrast do as follows:
1 Press MENU to activate the Toolbar
2 Use è to select the Image item
3 Press ê to Pull down the Image menu
4 Press è to pull down the Settings menu
5 Press ENTER to select Contrast (menu 1)
On the screen appears now a sliderbox (Image 1)

Brightness
A correct setting for the brightness is important for a good image reproduction.
How to change the brightness ?
To change the brightness follow the same procedure as for the contrast (menu 2)
