8.5 Semi-Annual Checkout Procedure

Perform the Semi-Annual Checkout procedure every six months following system installation, or whenever changes are

made to the SX5 configuration or to the machine. A copy of checkout results should be recorded and kept in the

appropriate place (e.g., near or on the machine, in the machine’s technical file).
Tester: Qualified Person.
Refer to the procedure contained on the Semi-Annual Checkout card (Banner p/n

208911

) downloaded from

www.bannerengineering.com. Print out the instructions to be posted near the installation/guarded machine, for easy

reference.
