Some applications require the code content to be compared with a reference value. The reference value can be
sent using this message. The tool

Example:
The user wants to send the reference value 'Hello World'. Beforehand, the user has set the reference value
length of 12 bytes in the web interface.
The data encoding must be UTF-8. In this example, the reference value length (11 bytes) to be sent falls below
the user-defined length of the reference value (12 bytes). Thus, the user has to extend sent reference value by
one zero before data transmission such that the byte length of the sent reference value matches the expected
byte length.
