PEP Replacement

Purpose/Scope

This procedure explains how replace the PEP.

Bladed screwdriver.

Safety Considerations

Procedure

NOTES:
1.

Use the AC outlets only for peripheral devices listed in this instruction. 

Check to make certain the peripheral device has the same power 
requirements.

2.

Refer to the appropriate procedures for wiring and cabling connections. 

3.

The table top model does not have a PEP.

Console Model

1. Verify that the main power on the PEP is in the off position. 
Check the power indicator to see if power is removed.

□

2. Verify that the AC line power (plant circuit breaker) to the 
auxiliary terminal is shut down so that the AC line can be 
safely disconnected.
