Close the B9 Scan application
and turn off the scanner, un-
plug it for at least 10 seconds.
Restat the scanner and restart
B9 Scan application.

runs correctly but nothing
is visible on the screen
during acquisition

The calibration process was not
correctly run

Calibrate the scanner

A USB Webcam or HUB is installed
