If the scanner does not perform a

Reset tray position

bleshooting, Error and Causes".

8.2.2.

COUPLING SPACER

The

B9 Scan 500

is delivered with two spacers: a long one A (mounted by default on the

scanner) and a short one B.

To execute some operations or using accessories, the long spacer must be removed. If re-
quired, apply the following procedure:

1.

Remove the retention screw from the spacer using the 2.5 mm hexagonal (Allen) tool
provided in the accessory box.

2.

Gently remove the long spacer just by lifting it with your hands. The coupling system is
now visible.
