9 Instrument Care

Cleaning

DANGER

Electric Shock Hazard

Never assume that equipment is safe to handle without using the

necessary safety equipment and earthing procedures.

Disconnection procedures must comply with local safety

regulations�

• Before disconnecting test lead, DUT must be discharged and earthed.

• Earth connections must be removed last!

HV CABLE

Clean the HV Cable connection points after use before storing.

Maintenance and Repairs

NOTICE

Authorized personnel only!

Repairs and maintenance should only be performed by authorized b2

personnel.

Annual inspection by authorized b2 staff is recommended.
