4.2.2 Positioning/installation of the converter in REMOTE version
The converter in REMOTE (distant) version can be installed on a pole/tube (Fig. 16 or on a wall (Fig. 17)
panel or control panel using the special brackets/flanges that were supplied with the converter.
Installation on a tube:
The device is designed to be fixed to a 2-inch diameter tube (see 1, Fig. 16). Bolt the brackets (see 2, Fig. 16)
to the tube using two threaded hooks (see 3, Fig. 16). Then attach the converter (see 4, Fig.16)
Installation on a wall:
Bolt the clamp (see 1, Fig. 17) to the wall using the appropriate plug screws. Then attach the converter
(see 2, Fig. 17) to the clamp using the screws that were supplied with the converter.
The mains powered converters in the REMOTE version can be installed up to 100 meters away from
the sensor while battery powered converters can be installed up to 30 meters away from the sensor
using the connection cable supplied by the manufacturer.
