Check the network cable

Check if the computer is connected to the same subnet as the camera

use an incognito window in your browser, sometimes cache issues arise when
using multiple cameras that have the same default IP address

Reset the factory default ip settings by pressing [*] [#] [Manual] and Reboot

Check firmware file integrity, download it again.

Make sure you are trying to flash the UVC file for the correct color camera (ARM is
generic, UVC is color dependant)
