8. Push the lock flat against the cable connector and slide the bent end of the lock
into the cutout (see Figure 26). Slide the cable lock as far as possible to the left.

If the lock does not slide into place, the cable connector is not seated completely in the
connector on the interface card. Remove the cable from the interface card and repeat
steps 2 to 4 to make sure that you have the cable completely seated. Then try to
install the cable lock again.
