Aileron Servo Installation
Find the open servo bay on the left
and right side of the fuselage in the
tail. Remove covering. Attach a
servo extension to the servo cord
long enough to reach the receiver,
and tie this servo connector to-
gether with dental floss or whatever
you prefer. Slide the extension
through the servo hole and fish the
end through the fuse with a piece
of wire with a hook or whatever you
want to use. There is a channel
cut in the bottom each former. If
you run the extensions through
these holes it keeps the wires from
flopping around in flight. Servos
should be secured with all screws.
Cut back the covering and install
the rudder and elevator servos
onto the pre-installed hardwood
mounting rails.
Find the aileron servo bay in each
wing. Cut back the covering. There
is a string attached inside . Pull it
loose and use it to pull the servo
wire through the channel in the
wing. Once again, add a servo
wire extension if necessary and
secure. Install the servo onto the
pre-installed hard wood rails.
Mount the aileron control horn per-
pendicular to the servo arm in the
pre-installed hardwood mounting
base.
