FLSC 05 w/FLI 225 Instrument Service Manual

You can install the kit without removing the carriage from the forklift but you may find it
easier if the scale carriage is removed. Follow these steps to install the FLW 100 option.

Remove the cable egress guard by removing the bolts shown in figure 10.18.

Remove the junction box guard by removing the bolts pointed out in figure
10.18.

Remove the junction box retainer plate bolts, shown in figure 10.19, and
remove the retainer plate.

Disconnect the interface cable from the junction box and from the back of the
FLI 225.

Clip all cable ties and remove the interface cable from the forklift.
