1.
Remove the left side cover from the last valve system
I/O module (3 hexagon socket head screws, DIN 912 M4,
wrench width 3).
2.
Depending on the position in which the power module
should be installed and depending on the order the input/
output modules should be placed, the appropriate input/
output modules should be removed. (3 hexagon socket head
screws each, DIN 912 M4, wrench width 3)
3.
Line up the input modules preferably on the bus coupler and
screw them tight (3 hexagon socket head screws,
DIN 912 M4, wrench width 3).
Tightening torque: 2.5 ... 3 Nm
4.
Add the power module and screw it tight (3 hexagon socket
head screws, DIN 4 M912, wrench width 3).
Tightening torque: 2.5 ... 3 Nm
5.
Line up the rest of the input/output modules on the power
module and screw them tight (3 hexagon socket head
screws each, DIN 912 M4, wrench width 3).
Tightening torque: 2.5 ... 3 Nm
6.
Screw the left side cover back on after the last I/O module
(3 hexagon socket-head screws, DIN 4 M912, wrench width 3).
Tightening torque: 2.5 ... 3 Nm
See chapter 4 and 5
7.
Reestablish connections.
8.
If the sequence of I/O modules was changed: adjust the bus
master configuration.
7.3
Exchanging the bus coupler
Note the following:
CAUTION
Applied voltage
Danger of injury from electric shocks.
O
Make sure the relevant system component is not under
voltage or pressure before electrically connecting
modules to the valve terminal.
