3. Pull the power supply out of the bay.

4. Set the defective power supply aside; you will return it to Avaya later.

Install the replacement power supply

To install the replacement the power supply:

WARNING:

To reduce the risk of electric shock or damage to the equipment, do not connect 
the power cord to the power supply until you install the power supply.

1. Slide the replacement power supply into the power supply bay (see Note 3 in 

Figure 16

).

2. Ensure that the tab is locked into place (see Note 1 in 

Figure 16

) and the power supply is 

securely seated in the bay.
