Importing a dictionary
To use existing dictionaries, you can import them. You can select a language and
add new words, such as words from a company dictionary, to the current
dictionary.
What must the text file look like?
You use a simple text file (TXT) as the import file. The text file contains a word
list. Each line contains a word. If a line contains several words, only the first
word is imported.
Example of a text file
The following example shows an import file with three words.

Functions
You can perform the following functions during the dictionary import procedure.
Function Explanation
English
You can select a language for the dictionary to be edited.
Browse Opens a file manager. You can select a file.
Overwrite
existing
dictionary
You can choose whether to overwrite the dictionary or add
the new words to the list.
Preview
The entries are taken from the import file. The list shows a
preview of the new entries.
Apply Saves the current list. You can import additional lists.
OK Saves the current list and closes the dialog.
Cancel Discards your changes. Changes are not saved.
