Logging into or out of an agent group
There are two ways to log into or out of an agent group.
Logging in and out: option 1
To log into or out of an agent group, do the following:
1.
Click on the
Select AG
button. You see a list of all the agent groups
configured for this agent and their current login status.
2.
Check/clear the check boxes for the agent groups that you want to
log into or out of.
3.
Then click on
Apply
.
4.
You are logged into/out of the agent groups that you selected/de-
selected.
Logging in and out: option 2
To log into or out of agent groups, do the following:
1.
On the status bar, click on the relevant agent group (either the name
or LED). You will be logged into/out of the relevant agent group.

Explanation
Red
The agent is not logged into the
corresponding agent group.
Green
The agent is logged into the
corresponding agent group.
2.
When you are logged into an agent group, you receive the number
of documents configured for you by the administrator. Once you
have logged out of an agent group, you will stop receiving
documents from that group.
