To trace a raster symbol

1. On the

Raster to vector

toolbar click the

Trace

symbol

button.

2. Indicate a point on the raster symbol.

The raster symbol
tracing is illustrated
in these figures.

The original raster
symbol and the
indication point are
shown on the left.

On the right there is
a vector block that
has replaced the
raster symbol.

Using this method you can vectorize the conventional notations on scanned
electrical, hydraulic schemes, maps and similar images.
