2. After the line has been recognized, the command completes.
To trace an arc
1. Run tracing using one of the following methods:
On the
Raster to Vector
toolbar click
Trace Arc
button.
-or-
From the
rConvert
menu
select a tracing mode, and then
Arc.
If some available raster images are inserted into the picture, then the selection
dialog box appears.
Select the image that you want to trace with this box.
2. Specify the start, middle and end points of an arc lying over the raster object to
be traced.
3. To trace another raster arc, repeat steps 1-2.
To trace a circle
1. Run tracing using one of the following methods:
On the
Raster to Vector
toolbar click
Trace Circle
button.

From the
rConvert
menu
select a tracing mode, and then
Circle.
If several available raster images are inserted into the picture, then the selection
dialog box appears.
Select the image that you want to trace from this box.
2. Specify two points – opposite sides of a raster circle to be traced.
3. To trace the next circle, repeat steps 1-2.

In the above three methods if the program cannot recognize an object under
the vector line, the following message will appear in the command line:
Nothing has been recognized
. Then the command is completed.
Trace Hatch
This sort of tracing enables you to trace a single raster hatch of a primary type
(consisting of straight raster lines with the same angle), enclosed in a raster outline.
To trace a hatch you need to draw a polyline crossing all the lines of the raster
hatch. The program automatically detects the boundary of the hatched area and
creates a hatch.

The hatch recognition of this type can only be used on monochrome images.
