The ensemble is composed of an exterior unit (Monoblock high

temperature Heat Pump to be installed outdoors

exclusively

)

and of an interior unit (Pilot, to be installed indoors

exclusively

connected together by a hydraulic connection and a communication

bus cable.
The air to water Heat Pump, draws calories from the exterior air

and transfers them to the heating water circuit with high energy

efficiency.
The Pilot ensures the regulation and hydraulic distribution of the

installation.
The Pilot is delivered pre-equipped and designed for heating

installations for domestic or tertiary use.
The Pilot is delivered pre-configured for the heating of a radiator

circuit controlled by a ambient temperature thermostat using

only the Heat Pump.
For connection to an existing boiler ( or use of a 0kW to 6kW

electrical back-up) as well as connection to an underfloor heating

circuit, a 2

heating circuit, a domestic hot water system, or

a swimming pool circuit, it is necessary to configure the Pilot

accordingly.

If the heating capacity required is higher than heating capacity

delivered by the Heat Pump, the Pilot can provide an extra power

boost from the boiler, or from the electrical back-up (0-2-4 or 6kW)

based on the needs of the household.

Note :

The Heat Pump is exclusively designed for

heating purposes.

It cannot be used for cooling purposes.

2.2 - Operation

2.2.1 - Operation of the pilot

The Pilot is systematically coupled to the Heat Pump. It ensures

the decoupling of the water flows from the Heat Pump and the

heating circuit(s), (radiators, fan heaters, or underfloor heating).

The Pilot allows the purging of air, the desludging of the

installation, and the secure operation of the heating installation.

The Pilot is placed in a
panelled casing, with
a removable front
panel allowing access
to all components of
the appliance.

The 60 liter steel tank
is thermally insulated.

On the face of the
Pilot there is a display,
a control panel, and
an electrical board
with integrated
connection
components.

2.3 - Accessories delivered as standard

The components described below are delivered with the Pilot, but

are not pre-installed:

Exterior temperature sensor

2-core sheathed cable for connection

between the Heat Pump and the Pilot (lg10m)

Pre-installed on the Heat Pump, it only needs to be connected

to the pilot.
